Mcdonald's - Spooner

Sat in the drive thru with a mobile order 15-20 minutes trying to figure out what’s going on just to find out they’re closed. App says they’re open, google says they’re open. Called and they couldn’t care

Food had special order slips but made wrong. They fixed it . Then ordered cookies and they were expired too.

To expensive . I may never go there again. 22 dollars for 3 egg mcmuffens and 2 small cokes.And 2 hash browns.

I went to McDonald's after getting off a 12 hour shift at work todayFirst of all the girl at the register didn't know anything about redeeming coupons at check out but also refused to even inquire bout it either just looked at us shrugged and grunted in confusion then cashed my mom out without giving us our discounts then to top it off our fries were ice cold and same with our burgers cheese wasn't even melted my mom ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese but in a quarter pounder box she received a regular cheese burger instead and I ordered a big Mac no onion add tomato but my burger had no lettuce and ended up having onions on it only had 1 burger patty and that's it smfh this is just pathetic

Just doing a simple task of adding items to a sandwich shouldn't be rocket science. Instead they'll remove everything but the stuff you want to add, literally removing items like ketchup. This has happened over four times in a row now and is completely unacceptable and frustrating.
