Tom Sawyer Country Coffee - Spokane

On the first day of a long weekend, Jay surprised me with a morning coffee date at Tom Sawery's Coffee Roasters for their new Kaffeefad flights! Many thanks to my dear for a relaxing start to our day. I ordered the original flight menu and Jay tried the drip coffee variety. For those in Spokane, I highly recommend a visit to this coffee shop. While there were limited options, we enjoyed a day-old blueberry scone (recommended to heat for 10 seconds, perfect timing for an older pastry) and it was absolutely delicious.

Located in the heart of Kendal Yards, this small coffee shop offers a unique and adventurous selection of coffee in Spokane. The owners have dedicated themselves to perfecting their roasts, resulting in some of the best coffee in the area. In addition to their delicious cold brews, they also serve incredible baked goods. I recently tried their coffee flight and was impressed with each and every sip.
