Jack in the Box - Spokane

Horrific teamwork and management they do not check door-to-door screens they give men's food for anyone who says they pick it up, they either have to check the order number or the this screen. I ordered a pickup and my app said to pick it up and they did not even accept the order at this point, so I had to wait extra long when I ordered a pickup and waited to house for 20 minutes before leaving into the restaurant! and was told by the app it was done, they are completely unorganized and chaotic in this store.

I've eaten her tacos since 1973 when I studied at high school and they haven't changed a bit and I'm happy about it. they still have my favorite breakfast jack. one of their meals boxes is called a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and comes with curly fries and regular fries and two tacos with a small drink. they cost $8 for all this. they will find it in the late evening menu. jack in the box was and will always be my favorite restaurant. I worked on one when I was 20. So I could be a little biased.

Lady at the window gives over 1/2 a small pocket with sauces after asking how many. my soda had no taste that was almost watered. my pommes were like a mix of old soggyries and some not too fresh pommes. the classic butter jacket did not get the garlic butter. but they have nice staff.

That was cold. I got 2 orders of the jumbo breakfast plate and both had only 2 forks of iron in both plates and missing the speck in both. total order was $64.57 and can not get that they repair my order unless I went back and it is not worth it in gas

I used the app. I'll go ahead and rate that for you too, ?!!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn't seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger. Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That's what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce... They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get)
