Bidrage med feedbackI just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, without anyone behind me and the other lane had 2 cars in it. There where 2 people inside. I was not greated by either person. The one gal was in the back, the other was making several coffees for her customer at the window. I get she was bust, but to not even acknowledge me and say I'll be right there. Whatever she was doing could have probably wauted until she served me. If it was going to take 15 minutes. I got there at 7pm, drove off without my coffee and without even being acknowledge at 7:17. I'm a regular customer. I come here every day. I've never been treated like this, business ladies.
What is there not to love about this place!? Great coffee, fun friendly staff, and a philanthropic culture!
After spending thousands of dollars at dutch Bros over the years I must say, the company has changed. Service can also be hit or miss, It depends on the Broista and the day. Your drink may not always turn out the way you want it. They may ask three times if you want a straw, then STILL hand you a straw after you already declined multiple times. You might end up with a large drink instead of the small or medium that you requested. Then STILL get charged $9 for the large. After you've already tipped in the app at the time of order.Things have changed with the company since going public.The best advice I can give employees is LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Just stopped by to grab a quick espresso for my wife and I. She was very friendly. Unfortunately when I got home the drink tasted like drip coffee and no taste of espresso. Maybe she wanted to get out of there and go home.Sounds like a training issue with the company. Maybe next time?Double check your drink before you leave.
