Big sign on your window says your play yard is open. I call that a lie when you lock all of your doors and customers who can’t use your drive thru can’t even dine in. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good, and the service was outstanding. I got takeout for dinner, and my meal was priced between $10 and $20. I would give both the food and service a 4 out of 5. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired, rating only a 2. I suggest you try the Western Bacon Cheeseburger.

I tried to order drinks at 10:30, but the staff declined to serve us, claiming they were short-staffed. Ironically, I noticed three employees just hanging around at the front. In contrast, McDonald's was more than willing to serve us drinks. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 1 star.

Forget about the bun—that was my error. I believe this location occasionally struggles, but I don't think it's the fault of the employees. The issues likely originate from management and their hiring practices. The staff consistently delivers good service, even if it's a bit slow at times due to staffing shortages. And to the gentleman at the drive-thru on May 16, I hope you see this—you all prepared some wonderful food and offered excellent customer service.
