Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar - Spokane Valley Mall

We were seated promptly, but it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks at a fairly busy restaurant. We had to send back the Moscow Mule because it was made with flat soda. The Margherita pizza had no sauce and all the ingredients were piled together in the center, which was unacceptable.

The waiter was great, but they were eating out a lot.

The restaurant offers delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance.

3 out of 4 meals (75% were pretty good. The 4th meal (fish was extremely over cooked and burned on the bottom-we didn’t ask for blackened. It was over cooked and dry. We told the server and she joked but did say she would mention it to the cook. Save your money and just get the Gorgonzola fries and a martini.

A good place for dinner. Service was great, food was good; slightly bland and the prices were a little higher than expected.
