Tacos El Guero - Spokane Valley

We are in Spokane for the weekend and decided to look up places to eat. This place has great reviews but I was actually surprised to find out what we ordered was not good. The asada had no flavor but just salt and pepper. My friend’s enchiladas were disappointing as they were bland and given to her lukewarm. Rice and beans were okay. Maybe they just had an off day.

Great group of folks, the atmosphere, service, and food are all 5 stars! Great taco truck vibe with plenty of parking and seating.

Fantastic food truck, after sharing with family and friends I'm now ordering for several people every time I go. Their hot salsa is HOT! Big fan of their pork and the big city burrito

Asada and Pollo tacos were SO good! The staff running the truck were delightful. They had a nice shaded area with picnic tables that you could eat at; there was plenty of parking in the back. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!
