Shotzy's Coffee On Pines

Went to use my gift card at Shotzy's on Pines today, 05/16/17. Surprised to see it's no longer a Shotzy's was told by Crush (new name) staff to go to Shotzy's on Sullivan. I just called them they said they were not affiliated with the one on Pines so do not honor gift cards issued there. So beware, if you have a gift card from Pines Shotzy's it's no good.

Recently we found out this coffee shop has been sold and they no longer accept the punch cards. Ok. So to the new owners. If you are not going to stay loyal to the customers then we can no longer support your new coffee shop. Good luck. We will take our business to Wake Up Call. We stopped on our way to church and was surprised at how the server was stressed Please ask the servers to wear modest clothing. If I wanted to see my server half dressed I'd go to Devil's Brew.

The girls were friendly but my boyfriend ordered a redbull and got a lotus, I got a bagel with cream cheese . It was hard as a rock and my bagel had mold on it in 2 places. Unfortunately we will not be back.

This coffee shop is one of the worst I have ever been to. They do not listen to the most simplest of orders. I order the same thing every time, black coffee with 2 shots of espresso and every single time the girls add WATER. Even though I say not to. I just want a normal black coffee and it is diluted with water. It's absolutely disgusting. I understand making mistakes but to consistently make the same mistake over and over despite clear instructions, ridiculous.
