Pho Saigon - Spokane Valley

Delicious pho! They serve flavorful fresh spring rolls, making it a popular choice for residents in the Valley. The staff is friendly, and while the decor is a bit outdated and worn, we always have a nice experience. We've visited several times and find it to be a great value for our money.

Today was my first time at this restaurant and I must say it was the best pho I've ever had. All of the ingredients were very fresh and full of flavor. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and the restaurant was clean and esthetically pleasing when you enter. I highly recommend this for a place to go on a cold day like today to warm up!

Absolutely the best restaurant in town! This is hands down the finest Vietnamese restaurant around, adding to the array of exceptional Asian cuisine available here. Everything on the menu is fresh and delicious, ensuring you’ll never be disappointed with either the food or the service. The restaurant is clean, and the warm atmosphere is inviting. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for some truly amazing food!

Small, Perfect Vien Menu.... Another win for fans of Vietnamese cuisine. The spicy lemongrass beef broth for their Bun Bo Hue was just right. Spicy, but not too hot that your Aunt Betty couldn't enjoy it. Tried my son's dish and was equally impressed. Their apps (spring rolls/lumpia) were fresh, and all prepared in house. What I like very much about them is they are only doing Vietnamese fare not reaching for a broader customer base by creating Chinese/Japanese menu items. This allows them to focus on the delicious dishes from their home country, only. I will advise that there is a bit of a language barrier, though. But I was able to communicate enough with our effusive hostess/server just fine. She was a sweety. Interior was very clean, with nice colors and decor. Great to have them on Sprague Ave now...
