Kfc - Splendora

I give kfc a 5-star review, because in the rule we get great eating every time and not to mention fast service. with exceptional staff. 6/25/22 we came to the house and the chicken pliers were so tuff that I couldn't eat them and the 3 PC dinner of my man was that as if it was sitting under the lamp all day. I'm destroyed with the food in this round.

Me my kids went today and I’m surprised on how fast we got our food. And the manager there is by far awesome!! He came and checked to see if we needed anything after we sat down. I wish I would of got his name but thank you for great customer service. Will definitely be coming back to this location

I have a spicey chicken sandwich addiction. I stop and get one nearly every other day. I stopped here the other day and they did a makeshift switch and used regular hot sauce instead of the regular sauce. I can't figure out why a place would do that. I can't figure out why a manager would allow this. I used to work for the colonel and that was the cardinal sin, changing a recipe. I haven't gone back. Sad

Everything was hot and fresh! The restroom and lobby were very clean and welcoming, the Manager was very kind and helpful. 10/10 the food portions were huge I will be coming again soon.

The food is average but Holy hell lets talk about to the absolute ridiculous wait time! Half of the parking lot was full of drive through customers WAITING for their food. So the franchise pushes you through the line but makes you wait 15-20 minutes due 2 chicken bowls. That defeats the purpose of a drive through. This franchise needs help because it isn't the first time for this to happen. Then come to find out just now getting home that we recieved the wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous.
