Off The Grid - Sperryville

Had breakfast while staying in Luray. Made the drive based on the reviews and food and it did not disappoint. Everything is fresh! Locally sourced and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is fairly small so seating is limited. They have a small gift shop with various items for sale. Service was great and the food came out quickly! Large portion sizes guaranteed to leave you satisfied.

Got there 55 minutes before they close. My welcome was: we are out of anything chicken and we have no eggs plus our bathroom are out of order. I said ok we already hear let’s try this place that everyone is taking about. No one in there but another couple. 20 minutes later no one had paid attention like if they were expecting us to leave. I did leave and I can see them from my car picking up the menu’s up with a smile. They looked at us leaving and nothing was said. I was not impressed.

Delicious food! Incredible find, right as you exit Shenandoah. Very cool shop inside too. And they have an electric car charger! Definitely worth a stop, much better than the food served at the Shenandoah lodges so we were very happy to find off the grid. We will be back!

So happy I discovered this place. I was leaving Shenandoah after a night of camping and I was so ready for some pancakes. For a good price, I was able to enjoy my breakfast outside, next to a bubbling creek, the sounds of water and crowing roosters serenading me as I ate eggs, pancake, and freshly picked fruit from the farm behind the restaurant. I hope to come back soon.

We discovered this restaurant while exploring Sperryville. We loved it! The staff were so kind, answered all of our questions, and were very helpful! I'm Vegetarian, two others are Vegan, and one eats meat. Happily a lot of the items were Vegan, which worked for us all! The food was absolutely delicious! The Pad Thai was great, according to my mother in law. Mine was fabulous but I can't remember the name of it! Sitting outside by the creek was perfect! We all enjoyed our meals, the ambiance and the staff. We will be returning!Vegetarian options: Many Vegetarian and Vegan options.
