Casa D'italia - Spennymoor

This is probably the best spot in Spenny for a lovely sit-down dinner, especially when they’re open for evening meals. The only drawback I could mention is the limited menu—while it doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, it’s still adequate. The food is incredibly delicious, with generous portions, authentic flavors, and a broad selection that maintains quality without spreading itself too thin. They serve the best pizza and pasta in the city, and their grilled meat dishes are outstanding as well. I recommend visiting during one of their special offers; you won't find comparable flavors at such reasonable prices anywhere else in town. The staff is friendly and attentive, the restrooms are always clean, and the service is quick. It can get busy at times, but you can easily make a reservation or endure a brief wait, which is often worth it for gatherings with friends, family dinners, or quick solo lunches. It always feels like a great choice to kick off the evening.

We had a fantastic family meal for my partner's birthday. We've been coming here since they opened, and we've never been disappointed. The food is delightful, offers excellent value for money, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Thank you for another wonderful experience!

Gorgeous food, great choice, pleasant surroundings and lovely staff.

We booked a table for 11 to celebrate 2 family birthdays on June 17th. The staff could not have been more helpful as, on hearing about the birthdays, they allowed us to take our special cakes along and offered to decorate our table with whatever we wanted. This was done and the table looked lovely. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful throughout and the food was very good. The value of the lunchtime special is amazing! Everyone in our party was impressed and we have booked again for June 30th. Viva Casa d'Italia!
