Hardee's - Spencer

The restaurant is dirty and service is painfully slow. It takes 10 minutes just to receive your food, and all the staff appear to be overwhelmed. I typically order through DoorDash because I dread having to wait so long when dining in.

This was probably the worst and slowest drive-thru experience we've had in a long time. I understand that it can be difficult to find good help, but we sat in the car waiting at the window for 20 minutes to receive our food and drinks, and the person serving us made us feel like we were a bother.

This restaurant has been opening at 7 a.m. since the start of the pandemic, but my partner and I have driven by Milford about a dozen times and they were not open. We were interested in trying their breakfast options, but we won't go out of our way to visit until they are more reliable.

Hot fresh frits and sandwiches always made to order. many seats. themselves serve pop, but after seasoned strohnapkins due to kovid and workers wear masks to protect themselves and customers.

The sanitary condition is horrible, watched staff sweep floor use the dust pan NOT wash their hands then handle soda lids. The exterior is less than appealing, with the back door left open for smoking. Drive thru windows haven't seen cleaner in ages. Side note they are not alone in those issues.
