I feel like you really have to go out of your way to do that.*Edit Ending up leaving without my food after waiting 20+ minutes and seeing 30+ cars go through the drive through.
My wife and I were going to drop in for a quick snack. As we parked (right in front) we saw a female employee (in full Taco Bell uniform) standing outside the building smoking a cigarette. She finished her cigarette, started walking to the door, stopped for a moment and let loose a great big giant flemy spit right there in front of the doors. Upon seeing that, we kind of watched her enter the restaurant. She did NOT go straight to the sink to wash her hands. Well, whoever's food she handled after that who knows, but it wasn't ours. We left and spent our money at another establishment. Disgusting!!
The 2 stars are for the night shift manager Justin. Nice, and professional. Now my food is another story… I ordered and paid for the steak received chicken. There is no chicken on half of it. Literally steak is messed up. Smh. I hate even doing this but damn. Justin told me to come by and return it tomorrow and his morning manager will remake it.
First visit to a taco bell in years. Now I know why. No meat in the tacos. Staff was great. Food chinsy.
Absolutely friendly staff, extremely clean and welcoming.
