Bidrage med feedbackHi. My husband I came in 3 mornings in a row. Before 11 am. A lovely blond lady was training. She was soft spoken but very lovely. She made my extra protein salad perfectly. She drives a long way to work. She did say that. You can tell she loves her customers. She was friendly, efficient hard working. A . What more can you ask for?
Subway store number 16303 in Spartanburg sc, lied about being able to refund my online order even tho I called them within mins to tell them not to make the order they told me they was unable to refund on online transactions and then when the manager from the store that I was at called they told him that they would refund my order and when I called to see if the refund was processed they told me they wasn?t refunding it because they had already made the order, tell me how you can make four subs toasted in four minutes, shift supervisor refused and said no flat out told me No and When I asked to speak to the manager she said the manager was not there. Kept my $35.38.
Flys were flying around trapped under the glass where the meat is stored. Flys in the lettuce. Lettuce was dried out. Tomatos tastes weird like they were pickled or something. The sandwhich did not sit well with my stomach. I would go to firehouse subs down the street or go to a different subway.
This subway doesn't allow you to use coupons due to supply issues according to the sign on the front, which has been their policy for a while and if they can't get their supply issues resolved for months now they shouldn't be in business. If they don't accept coupons they should be honest about it instead of blaming supply chain issues etc.
Worst subway to ever order from. The owners are rude and even if their systems screw up and you paid MONEY you will not get your order. Listening to the owner thru the phone screaming at his late shift workers to not make our order was mind blowing. Literally screaming people? We paid $31 for our food. Waited over 40 minutes! We have multiple proof we ordered our food that was verified but nope?no food. This is the worst establishment ever. Save your money and go somewhere else where people are trained properly, customers matter and owners take responsibility and fix their mistakes. I will be making sure corporate knows this.
