Nice wait staff, buffet full of many different pizzas . Waitress?s sled if we wanted something made to order. Very sweet as were the many dessert pizzas. The pasta , soup and salad completed the menu. Great pizza buffet at a great price.
Pizza Inn on the Asheville Highway is my Pizza Inn of choice. I was there last night for dinner with two of my family members 8/11/22. After the waitress finally came to our table to get our order, 15 minutes later we were served our drinks. It wasn't the correct drink order, she then returned with the correct drink order. We requested refills during our meal. NEVER got those. I took our empty cups up to the waitress stand and another waitress refilled our drinks. I also notice that NO ONE, not one person had on gloves, preparing pizza. The last straw was when I went up to pay and the male cashier had paper clips in his hair, as well and unfitting clothing. In my opinion this is a very unprofessional image for a restaurant. I have been a customer at this location for many years. Last night was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location. Management has a lot to be desired.
Usually, my review wouldn't be so low. For the sake of transparency, here we are. There was one employee that shined. She was kind and friendly. She was also off duty. Our waitress did her best, and kept our drinks full. She was stretched too thin. It seemed like a lot fails on her shoulders because perhaps, she's the only one I saw hustling and working hard. I was glad to see her relieved so that she could rest. My son spoiled his drink, and our new waiter was great! He got what we needed right away and wasn't bothered at all. These things should be recognized and rewarded. Now for the missing stars. The buffet had old pizza. The red pasta was pasty. The counters were filthy, along with the floor. The roaches were near the soup bowls, and even in the bathroom, where they're isn't food. Yikes! They might be infested. The manager didn't have time to manage because he was doing the worker's jobs. Now for the game room. Most of the games were out of service. All but 2. One of them acted right, but worked wrong. Thankfully, We were able to get 2 dollars back from a roll of quarters. The skilled kid ACTUALLY got something from the one machine that wasn't malfunctioning in some way, which was my favorite part of this whole experience, aside from being able to enjoy time with family in another state. I am truly grateful for that experience. I believe that the people who paid for us all to eat paid too much, and I don't want that to happen to anyone else. Everything is hard for everyone now. I get it. I apologize for the negative feedback. I truly love giving great reviews. Since we all know that money is tight, nobody wants to take their family out and not get their money's worth. Perhaps, Pizza Inn can rectify all these things, and their livelihood would be more successful. ?
Omg ? I ordered chocolate chip pizza and 2 meat pizzas.. I went in to pick it up and the place smelt horrible. It was visibly dirty. I thought maybe it was in my head and the pizza would make up for it. But oh I was wrong. The chocolate chip pizza was barely chocolate chip but tastes as good as usual. The meat pizza however tasted like week old garbage. Each flavor conflicting with the other. The pan pizza is barely a pan pizza, take down the sign, you didn't out pan pizza the hut by any means. It's flat AF. Put some yeast in your dough! So pathetic. I can't believe 2 pizzas cost me 28$ when I could've just eaten for free out of a trash can and received the same experience. My son won't even touch it and he loves pizza. The pan pizza is undercooked and didn't even rise. NEVER going back. I'll keep the chocolate chip pizza but the rest is going in a fire to prevent spreading diseases to animals
