Whenever my wife or I are hosting guests from out of town there are two places we insist on taking them. Cribbs Kitchen on Main and Hub City Scoops. Throughout my travels I have not found ice cream or service that can compare to Hub City Scoops! The flavor options are extensive and staff professional and helpful. Recently, we utilized Hub City Scoops event space for an event. We met with Kathy who arrived early and went through all the options available extensively.
Ice cream was great, service was great, love the dipped cones, but all of our cones were stale ????
Came down to grab some ice cream before seeing fireworks on the 4th and it was SO good! Normally I love the butter pecan but I opted for the coconut almond it was delightful!!! The line was looped around and out the door but the staff was wonderful and so very friendly!! Definitely the spot to enjoy ice cream ANY DAY!
Customer service was great! The young women working there were friendly, patient and polite. I enjoy the Turtle Ice cream in a waffle cup. My daughter enjoyed a Turtle ice cream shake and my sister enjoyed Butter Pecan ice cream. We will definitely revisit .
