Domino's Pizza - Spartanburg

Order food online .. What the timing is always accurate. Waited a whole hour after my meal waiting for it to be restored. I called the place 3x and when I called myself to delete it, as the figure had the nerve to catch an attitude with me. Yeah, I'll eat from other Dominos next time before I raise a charge.

I love this place. New people are fabulous. My pizza was great. Loved all smiles and laughs.

When my order arrived, it was cold and partially cooked. I had to reach out twice to inquire about the delay in my order. I spoke to two different people who claimed to be managers—one male and one female. They mentioned that there was only one delivery driver available. If that's true, then perhaps one of them could pitch in to help with deliveries. It just doesn’t add up. Even if you know it takes time to deliver food, you should also ensure the meals are cooked properly so they don't have to sit around before being delivered. I won’t be ordering from here again!

This restaurant offers the best service I've ever experienced at a pizza place! I placed a takeout order at 11:59 PM on February 5, 2019, not realizing they closed at midnight. When I called to see if I needed to cancel, the woman on the line was incredibly kind and reassured me not to worry. When I arrived, my pizza was ready quickly and was still hot. The man working there was also very friendly. I then realized I had ordered the wrong side of butter, so I went back to the window. They happily gave me the correct butter with a smile! The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. I absolutely love this place!
