I've never waited that long in a fast-food restaurant line in my life

Was accosted at my car by homeless man begging for money. Area of town didnt feel particularly safe.

This raggedy place need to be closed. They gave me the wrong side, which I wasn't too upset about. But when I went inside to tell them about it, the staff just looked at me. The manager came over, looked at my receipt and checked my bag, I guess to make sure I wasnt lying about the side being missing. And she took the wrong side(mashed potatoes) back and put it on the counter. I am not sure if she was going to throw it away or if she was going to put it in someone else order. That was a red flag, and she gave me the okra I ordered but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Now this is the straw that broke the camel's back, I get home to fix my food and noticed I only had 8 pieces of chicken instead of 16 that I ordered. I always check the bag when I leave a fast food establishments but never did I think I needed to count to make sure I had the right amount of chicken in the box. I was over it at this point.

I ordered the jalapeño bombers and they were all way over cooked and completed dried up inside. Called to talk to them about it 3 times and the phone just rings forever and no one ever answers.
