Bidrage med feedbackThe food (especially sandwiches) always tastes fresh and is worth the dollar value. The only thing negative I can say is that sometimes it takes a while to get your order, but this is usually because they make your food BY order and it takes longer than it prepares before the hand.
Even after Jon Stewart had been having Arby's fun again and again, I'll be longing for a classic Bratbeef sandwich a year. This is written while inside seats are prohibited and only drive thru is available. Most of the time, they understood it correctly. I was here several times, even before Covid, and only once I was disappointed. The Arby sauce, actually a diluted version of the BBQ sauce, has a unique taste that goes well with the classic roast beef sandwich. The only time I'm disappointed is once in a while the Pommes are not fresh. The same applies to other drive thru Fast Food places.
The food was great, would have rated a 5 if the customer service was better. The auto-dru visitor didn't let me finish a sentence before I asked myself to cut off what size would drink as if I would hurry. I don't understand why I'm mad to feel like they have to give me an order. I mean, the last time I checked that they were paid for right by the hour..... wow, I just wanted to tell her how I wanted my sandwich before I told her my drink size. I always spend about 30 for 2 people, but I can't get nice settings. I mean, if you don't like your job, it's not my fault. But I always leave as if I did something wrong... 2 times with very dissatisfied service. PSA: Without my money, you wouldn't have a job. The 3 is only a reflection of food not of service.
My self and 4 other orders on the lunch break vary nicely, as there were no failures with order good work.
Great food, but I did order a double roast beef that I didn't receive. In their defense they were extremely busy so it's understandable.
