Hardee's - Sparta

Hardee's is an excellent fast food restaurant! Everything is just right, and the fries are always freshly made. Brittany and Paula are fantastic during breakfast – I love their cheerful smiles and their positive wishes for a great day. Jake leads an amazing night crew along with the great guy who manages the drive-thru. They make a perfect team, just like Brittany and the awesome drive-thru guy when they work together. You all make a wonderful team, and keep up the great work in keeping that place running smoothly!

If a restaurant has an open dining room, I automatically give it 5 stars, regardless of the service. This Hardee's is just like any other, but despite being understaffed, it doesn't seem to hinder them. The service here was excellent.

I visited Hardee's in Sparta, NC this morning, and despite a busy drive-thru, I decided to go inside. It was bustling there too, but the staff was incredibly friendly and worked seamlessly together to help each customer. I was served quickly and left in no time. They must have been short-staffed, but their teamwork really stood out.

I had the worst experience at this Hardee's. The entire staff should be replaced and the place needs a complete overhaul. It was dirty, and the employees didn't seem to be doing their jobs. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order, then another 30 minutes to receive it, even though it had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. This location really needs better management.
