Subway - Sparks

The management at this restaurant needs training, as do the workers. Employees should not be left alone as they often make mistakes, and two employees are not able to handle the workload of one person. There have been instances where a customer ordered a meal for 6 people but was charged for a meal for 12. Some employees were unable to correctly distinguish between orders for 6 and 12 customers.

The owner had an appointment with me of a day that really had a bad taste in my mouth about the spending my money there again.

Great manager and staff! also place was very clean and staff was not only fast, but very nice. Not sure how but my bread was super chewy and stale tasting. I know they bake the bread daily so I’m not sure what happened. Also they don’t have Swiss listed on the app at this location but they do have it.
