Sonic Drive-in - Sparks

This is the worst sonic from every single one I was in nevada. Why do you ask? it's easy. if they do something except wait in the long drive thru line, they will wait even longer until they deliver to their car. we don't talk ten minutes, the last 28 minutes after ordering 6 drinks and last time an hour for 5 drinks. they always have an apology for why you are eating or drinking and will either sit warm or cold, but never address the fact that what is done, sits there on the counter until they press the taste and ask them to bring it to them. they imagine to be so terrible in a concept that they should bring into an autoport.

I ordered from this place thru grubhub! the load canceled my order over an hour after my order! it is now 8:15 o'clock and they don't close to 10 o'clock! this place is müll and so the manager is running it! either get better employees or turn off this location!

I suspect this location is having trouble getting enough dedicated employees. It's been taking longer each visit so I stop-in less often. This particular visit I finally left after half-hour wait with no order taken. What happened was I flagged down a car-hop after the first fifteen minutes who said they were busy and would get to me. So gave another 15 minutes then drive to another nearby restaurant I like. Their food is generally good but recently it's been spotty. Sometime its not warm enough, or milk shake flavors are not fully mixed, things like that.

Not bad when I can actually use the mobile app (rarely and I can't get the happy hour discount via self ordering) or when the stalls are actually open. When I see staff not hanging out in the parking lot talking to their friends, staffing shortages might be considered a problem. Last time I went, 9/13/22, I, and other cars behind me, we're being peered upon by staff inside, instead of completing orders.

Got to sonic at 9:40pm and there was 2 cars ahead of us, we were waiting for 20 minutes and they took the car infront of us order than when they got to us the said we’re done with a attitude n it just turned 10pm yet online they state Friday -Saturday says there open till 11pm so idk who keeps changing there time but they always say they fixed it and there clearly don’t it’s not right. On top of everything there very unprofessional and have little kids that work in there that clearly don’t want to work there shift or mess around hence why it took more than 20 minutes to take 2 orders
