Roberto's Taco Shop - Sparks

Ordered four beef tacos to go and somehow they ended up giving me carnitas tacos instead. At first glance the tacos look delicious but there was absolutely zero flavor in everything from the shell to the meat inside. It's like they don't use anyseasoning or salt and there wasn't even any kind of flavor to the meal whatsoever. Worst part is couldn't even get a beer withthe tacos which could have made them palatable. It's like they're trying to imitate Jalisco's tacos but they're not even in thesame league while being twice as expensive and not even half as good. On the positive side, you do get plenty of food for yourmoney

I ordered carne asada tacos. As you can see my cheese is cold and that is because the meat was tasteless and cold. Barely any other topping on it. Watery sour cream and mostly bean and barely any pico de gayo. I cannot agree more with the review belowabout how terrible the meat was Tasteless cold and old.

We love Roberto’s and ever since moving here about 5 years ago we’ve been hooked.But why offer specifications if you’re not going to read them?Tonight we ordered our carne Asada nachos with ‘No onions’ and what do you know? Loaded with onions. They’re usually pretty good with reading and following specifications so we give it a pass.We order a second carne Asada nachos with the specification ‘No onions, no cilantro, No Salsa. PLAIN PLEASE!’ And these nachos come even worse than the first. First of all there’s hardly any meat and it’s loaded with everything we DIDNT WANT. It seemed deliberate. The orders were literally in the same hour.We proceed to call the store and speak with Eduardo who doesn’t provide any help. He just confirmed seeing the order and told us to call back on Monday to speak to the manager.Really a shame, this place has grown to be our comfort food. Whoever was on nachos tonight, I’m sorry you were having a bad night but very disappointing. Not cool.Edit: Additional family member noticed on the second one it was leaking through. There was no Roberto’s lining in the container. They just threw it in there.

Very bad experience, my daughter is allergic to the cream and they gave her when I specified that they should not put any of the orders and I spent a lot for them to give me what I didn't ask for.

Looking old tired decor. Ordered chips and cheese....received tasteless chips and cold cheese! They don't melt the cheese over the chips for you! RIP OFF!
