Always great service no matter the location!! Employees always friendly and helpful too thanks to the staff at the Vista location!!

Check your wings before you take them home! These were the driest wings I 've ever seen and I asked for them to be made sloppy. Girl at the register was super moody too.

Left something out of a pickup order, not very helpful when called back.

We have ordered here numerous times and almost always we experience terrible customer service. The employees they hire are always rude, unhelpful, and always seem inconvenienced. There’s been a time when ordering take out, I watched three male employees standing outside in a full blown fist fight. Again, just shows the character individuals working there.

My family and I get Pizza plus about once a week. My husband and I use to work there for many years. Good food. But we won’t be ordering much anymore. We are picky eaters and like our wings cooked extra long. We always ask for sauce on side so wings stay crispy or if they aren’t to our liking we throw them in air fryer before eating no big deal. Well delivery girl forgot our sauce. No big deal. We just asked her to big it please. Put wings in air fryer and waited over a hour she never showed so I called back said she’d be there in 20. Another hour goes by she never shows up. So after two hours of waiting I call again. It’s explained she can’t just drop everything for our sauce and that she’s busy. She had other deliveries. I ask for some kind of refund and he gives me 2.50 off my bill. It was pretty much explained oh well and it’s not her fault. Just rude like it was my fault. We will be going to Mountain Mikes on baring. The owner and manager care about the customers.
