Gourmelt - Sparks

The food was fantastic! We will definitely return. The only issue was that all the tables were dirty and we had to request them to be cleaned before we could sit down to eat. Some of the employees seemed a bit overwhelmed while others were just standing around, so there was no excuse for the dirty tables since it wasn't very busy. We will give this place another try, and if the tables are clean next time, I will give it a 5-star review.

Gourmelt is the small independent business specializing in grilled cheese sandwiches that I always dreamed of. They offer innovative and creative menu items that combine unexpected ingredients like orange cranberry sauce, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sourdough bread, and apples on grilled cheese sandwiches. I was torn between excitement and curiosity when looking at their menu. I decided to try the bumble brie sandwich, which featured green apples, ham, honey, and melted brie cheese on sourdough bread. It was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the existence of this unique sandwich shop and more importantly, the incredible flavors they offer.

I had a delicious grilled cheese melt for lunch with some sweet potatoes at this restaurant. I also recommend trying the popper with speck. The seating and cup sizes could be improved, but overall it was a great experience.

That was really good comfort food. I've melted the braut and the apple and the garlic. it was delicious, my 17 years old got turkey cheese with the riders to n loved it.

Just wanted to share this. My girl friend and I had lunch there the other day.Noticed several things. finger prints all over everything. Coke machine, entry doors, tables, counter tops etc. food was great !! Very spendy not cleanly.....Will not go back.
