Del Taco - Sparks

I placed an order and was about to leave when I noticed some items were missing. I went back inside to inform them, and after asking at least four times about the missing order, they seemed completely clueless and didn't appear to be working on it. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they finally handed me the missing items. Unfortunately, by that time, the rest of the food in the car had gotten cold. Since I needed to get home, we decided to leave anyway. We spent $56.60 on food for a 1.5-hour drive, and I was really disappointed with our visit to Del Taco!

I ordered through DoorDash and was disappointed to receive a red drink instead of the milkshake we requested. The fries were also short-changed, and the burritos were significantly smaller than expected. When my husband called the restaurant to address the issue, he was abruptly hung up on as soon as he mentioned the order was incorrect. Unsurprisingly, the phone went unanswered when he tried to call back. It seems we've found another place where we won't be spending our hard-earned money.

I had an excellent experience at this Del Taco! The service was impressive and the place was surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. The cashier was friendly, and despite the high volume of customers, I didn't have to wait long for my food—just about five minutes. Everything was freshly made and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. This location has definitely become my favorite!

Who would have thought French fries would be fantastic with tacos?! The fries are terrific and they have lots of choices including burgers. I tried the eight layer veggies burrito this time very tasty! Del Taco is a fave for tasty treats and meals. I am sure you have already been, but if not it is a good place to go if you want a quick bite at fair prices.

Been there twice in the last month. First time got cold undercooked fries, I asked for well done. Second time got well-done hot fries but the beans on my nachos and tostada was really cold, not warm. This used to be a affordable place with decent fast food but it's gone down hill. Gave two stars because they can get an order have correct lol
