We ordered takeout through Grubhub on 11/16/21, expecting delivery by 7:30pm, but it arrived an hour late. The food was heavily spiced and just okay. We weren't given the option to choose the level of spice. I was particularly disappointed with their version of General Tso's chicken, which tasted more like chili garlic paste over sweet and sour sauce. The order also included celery and what I assume was supposed to be broccoli with beef, or possibly another customer's order mixed in with ours. Overall, we were unsatisfied with the experience and won't be ordering from this restaurant again. Additionally, we were let down by Grubhub's service. The wait for the food was too long and the spices were too intense, forcing us to throw the food away as it was too spicy for our children.

This restaurant deserves negative stars if possible. Our order took 45 minutes and the sweet and sour chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. When I called to address the issue, they refused to do anything and claimed it was because we didn't use the sauce. However, even my young children did not enjoy the food. I offered to bring back the leftovers as proof, but they still did not offer a resolution. This was one of the worst experiences in terms of both food quality and customer service that my family has ever had. I would not recommend this place as they clearly do not care about their customers. In the attached photo, you can see that the chicken breading easily breaks off and the chicken looks dry and rubbery.

I dined at this restaurant with my family before and had the worst experience. The staff refused to rectify the situation and even disregarded the possibility of a negative review. Although some people have mentioned that the staff is friendly, my experience was quite the opposite. My workplace ordered lunch from this establishment today and once again, the food was bland, lukewarm, and unappetizing. It seems that the positive reviews are likely from individuals who were compensated to counteract the true nature of the restaurant.

Absolutely horrendous. Came in for some boba tea. Soon as we walked in, we were tempted to turn around and leave. It was like someone's living room. One of the workers had her kids there. They had the center table and a booth taken over and cartoons on a TV. Place was a total mess. Mango boba was chalky and tasteless. So grateful we didn't get any food!

Omg i have never had a worse experience in my life it smelt so weird and like sweet but in a weird way the boba was not good it was hard with barely any in it and there is grease dripping out of the side of the post that they cook in which is so disgusting because that?s what there customers eat out of.we walked out of there and smelt like the nasty restaurant. it doesn?t even deserve to be called a restaurant and one of the tables had junk all over it. if i could give it a 0 star review i definitely would
