Asian Street Eats - Sparks

I'm don't normally try food-trucks, especially fusion stuff, but this....THIS WAS GOOD. They weren't prepared for the event that they were at which disappointed a lot of people in line. Couldn't get beef or get sticky rice, but whatever. I got the three chicken tacos (asian tacos?!? and they were AMAZING. My only complaint about the tacos was they weren't very spicy but the flavor made up for that. The personnel working in the truck were friendly and apologetic for their shortcomings and served it up fast. I will DEFINITELY come back to this food truck and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing sandwiches! I don’t know what the carrots are marinated in but they bring a magical flavor to these sandwiches.

Hands down best Laotian food in Nevada!! I'll follow tom anywhere. If you've never tried som tom (Papya salad) ask him if he can make you some! You won't be sorry. The tacos are delicious, my favorite is the beef.

This is one of the best places to eat. So tasty wish I could have some now
