Crystal Edge - Spanish Town

Extremely scenic location, with some truly beautiful views. Situated high up by the Blue Mountains, there aren't going to be many restaurants on this route and thankfully this one is fairly decent. The food is pretty good, specifically I tried the brown stew fish, which is a red snapper variant, and it was very flavorful and well seasoned, excellent dish. There is a fair amount of variety for their alcohol and beverage selection, the soups and appetizers are very good and the overall look and feel is very refreshing. Where this falls short is the staff. Staff was very inattentive to our party, with more than 3 people not being served food with the rest of the group. Staff also wasn't sure of who ordered what, and forgot to bring certain parts of the meal. For as excellent as the food was, the staff was equally unimpressive. May have been having an off-day, but there should never be a time that subpar service is acceptable, and in this situation they will receive no free passes for how the situation was handled. I would still recommend this restaurant though, as your mileage may vary

The food was ok however they need to review their order system as they were overwhelmed and we had to weight over an hour to be seated much less served.

I have been dining at Crystal Edge Restaurant for over twelve years. The food is consistently delicious and Miss Winsome always remembers to ask about my son. This restaurant is my go-to spot when I need to get away from town, it's where I feel happiest.

This restaurant offers a fantastic experience of Jamaica's beauty and authenticity!

The atmosphere was very pleasant and the customer service was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the stew fish, it was delicious.
