Wendy's - Spanish Fork

They gave me the wrong order. After driving 6 miles to my job, I figured that out, then I'll come back. And tell the manager that they gave me the wrong order. I was kind of upset, and i dropped the bag on the on table cashier. But the way this woman Latino manager act was really bad she started screaming on me and making a big drama she was very angry with me just for that.So what's wrong with this woman she didn't get the training. You can't treat customers like that. What a shame. I love wendys but this manager is a problem for everyone. This happened Apr 15/25 at 10:25 am

I don't eat here as often as I used to. The prices have gone up tho I'd still recommend eating here. Food is always hot and my order is correct each time I've visited.Parking: Plenty of parking, wheelchair parking and access. The parking lot is mostly clean.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids as well as kids birthday parties.Wheelchair accessibility: Access is available. The door could use a wheelchair open option.

Hello Rosa, thank you for your wonderful service. It's the first time I've come to a place where the attention was very special and the quality of the food, its juicy meat and its fresh potatoes. The cleanliness congratulated the place... pleased, thank you very much.

The employees were great and were hard workers, the food was extremely overpriced. It's too bad that fast food places like Wendy's are charging such high prices for low quality food.

ROSA is so kind, I had trouble deciding what I wanted to eat and she help me out by telling me the most popular item and her favorite, she was very patient with me,my food was fresh and hot ? lovely lady definitely felt welcomed I’ll be going back ?
