Bidrage med feedbackWent there today and the lady that helped me couldn’t be anymore passive aggressive. She was writing down my order and immediately hands the cup to the girl to make the drink but I wasn’t finished. I was trying to tell the cashier I wanted to add an ingredient. I tell her and she gave me a blank stare, followed by a mild eye roll. Her service was aggressive and immature and I never would have done what she did. If it was towards a Karen, then yes of course. But we were simply ordering and couldn’t understand why she acted the way she did until she quickly told us she couldn’t warm up food because they were closing. Again, understandable, but the attitude was redundant. We don’t know the hours of operation and I was a barista of 4 years, so I understand it’s frustrating if people came in last minute. If I had known, we wouldn’t have ordered. But a big shout out to the other baristas who were amazing
I gave 4 Sanifair Value-Bon, but the employee only redeemed 2. I wanted unresolved value bons but he gave the redeemed. He also does not understand what orders have said: unfortunately not qualified!
It was in the Starbucks to Cologne. Too expensive for medium coffee, skelhaf sweet inedible pastries, as well as staff which is probably mainly concerned with cleaning. And then the annoying questions about the extras. In my eyes, Starbucks is the purest one. Then I'd rather go to a good café, for example in Cologne to the Reichard.
I go here almost everyday and I have been disappointed recently. My frappe drink doesn’t taste the same anymore. The new employees need more work and practice on making the drinks because these drinks don’t taste the same as they did before. Starbucks already is expensive and costs $6 a drink and the drink should taste decent at least
Small place but ok there's other tables outside in the food court
