The staff here is always wonderful. Even early in the morning, when there's a line, they come out to take orders to minimize wait times. The employees at the mountain railway location are consistently friendly and make ordering a breeze. They serve generous coffee portions and always provide sleeves to ensure you can handle the hot cups comfortably. The coffee itself is great!

The coffee is fantastic, and the service is excellent with a friendly staff. They also offer tasty cookies, muffins, and sandwiches to go. You won't be disappointed. I recently visited my favorite café, Elite, at Bethel Station, and I learned that the manager is leaving after 16 years because she wasn't treated as a valued member of the team. I'm really unhappy about this; I've been a regular customer for years and may need to look for a new coffee shop. I believe the administration should reconsider their approach to employee management. Let's hope the management realizes their mistake and brings her back, or it might be hard to continue supporting this place.

I visited the stand and ordered a Red Bull with peach, pineapple, and pomegranate. When I tasted it, I felt sick, so I returned and requested just the Red Bull. I don’t understand how I ordered a Red Bull, yet they thought it was acceptable to give me Lotus instead. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to anything in Lotus, but it really ruined my morning. I even messaged them on Facebook about the issue; they read my message but didn’t respond!

This place is great. Every time I go, I get a Batman mimosa and it's always amazing customer service. They honored my stamp card when I got two drinks a day before plus the two drinks I got on that day so they remember faces. Best white coffee in condition hands down. Forget Bigfoot. It's about the elite!

I won't buy coffee here anymore, but their mimosa energy drink combinations are decent. It's a 50/50 chance on whether or not you have service without attitude. Not my favorite place but it's alright if you are in a rush.
