Panarottis Maponya Mall - Soweto

The pizza was good, but our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. After placing our order, we waited at least 15 minutes without even being offered a drink. When we finally asked another waiter for some drinks, they came over and took our order. It took an hour for our food to arrive, and we were sitting there without drinks, which was frustrating. We couldn’t relax and enjoy our pizza at all. When we asked the waiter why there was a delay, he simply said they were busy. Overall, the service was very poor.

The pasta here is the best I've ever had, and the service is exceptional, which keeps me coming back for more. I highly recommend the waitstaff named Ivo at Maponya Mall—they consistently provide outstanding service and great recommendations. You never fail to impress me!
