Mcdonald's - Southwood Acres

Waited 15 minutes for food with no cars at all needed a refund cause I had work crazy for 2 sandwiches 4 people working

This location should be ashamed of even being open. I only go here because it is close to my apartment but every time I go my order is wrong/missing items and I went last night (for what will be the last time) and I got openly MOCKED and ignored for simply not understanding the grey haired women workers question if I had any of these team members as my employees I’d be ASHAMED. I try to call to talk to a manager and (shocker) the phone is disconnected. I will be talking to corporate.

I get that I'm here 30 min before close but if you aren't going to honor your schedule, then shut the store down! I Shouldn't have to sit there wondering why no one is coming to the drive thru intercom. Change the hours or serve til your scheduled time. Just plain disrespectful.

There were no customers, and there were enough staff. All the tables were dirty, and no staff was interested in tables being dirty. I had to clean myself up and sit down. Both Kiosk are out of order. The fries are dry and turning black, at least six hours after they were fried. The burgers are also a mess, as if they were made to throw around.

Someone with dark hair and green front pieces was filling up fries and bagging food with her hair fully down and messy… if you have hair in your food like I did… it’s probably because half the staff don’t hair their hair UP. Coming from someone that worked at this type of franchise a while back, I’m shocked they’re still running after seeing what I did. Floors are SO SO dirty that we slipped when walking inside because of this. Also like to mention that locking the washrooms without having any signs up is not cool. After we ate our food we had to find a place to use the washroom because of this. No one was cleaning the washrooms… they were just locked up.
