Metro in Southwick is truly one of the best. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The franchise owner and managers have excelled in maintaining high standards of quality and service throughout the years. I will go out of my way to support this wonderful establishment.

The manager at this restaurant is courteous, efficient, and well-informed. She truly is a hard worker and crafts my sandwich better than anywhere else I've been. Even during busy times, the line moves quickly. Overall, the lunch service here is excellent.

The food was great when it was open. You always got my order right and treated me kindly, unlike other Subway locations.
