Horrinle. One of our dishes was squid and for a laugh twp of my friends did a competition and the eleaxric vand broke before the piece of squid thank god I didnt eat any of it dreadful

Wuli Wuli’s food is good which is why we decided to order our Chinese New Year meal from them despite having been messed around with delivery times in the past once waiting four hours for our delivery to arrive . Last night we ordered at 18:45 because we knew it would take ages. Estimated time to process the order was 120 minutes. No sign of the food after that, and no way to contact them because their phone was ringing out great way to further annoy your customers . Lady phoned at 22:30 ! to say we wouldn’t be receiving our food because ‘they took too many orders for CNY and were overwhelmed’. Serious issues with delivery and customer service, will NEVER order from them again.

On Chinese New Year, we ordered a delivery at 6pm and had three drivers cancel on us. We were excited to try dumplings for the first time, but after waiting for so long and then having our order canceled multiple times, we were incredibly disappointed. It's understandable to have one or even two drivers busy, but having to deal with three canceled orders before finally having the fourth one canceled was completely unacceptable. Thank you for ruining our evening.

More than 2 hours after ordering we are still waiting for our delivery, and there is nobody answering the phone. No idea if the food is any good tonight. Won’t be ordering again which is a shame as their chilli ribs are fantastic.

We decided to try a new Chinese restaurant since our favorite one changed ownership. We were very happy with our order! The ribs, chicken curry, and fried noodles were especially delicious. The delivery from Deliveroo was quick, the food was hot, fresh, and flavorful.
