The Surrey Docks Wetherspoon

A group of twenty of us arrived for lunch, on a Saturday, without having warned them. The pub coped really well no delays, food served promptly, sizeable portions, friendly and helpful staff, clean loos. A really good JDW experience.

Came with family today to have some food and left completely hungry, terrible experience, terrible food, ordered sirolline steak , asked for medium row , they brought not even sirolline steak , but thin cut frying steak, after complaint they brought for me exactly same, ordered side salad and hallumi ,which girl on the bar forgot to put in my order , basically in the end left completely hungry, even burgers ,which had my husband was terrible, small , enough just for todler, never will go to eat there anymore!!!!! So angry and upset.

An item or mine was lost and binned accidentally through no fault of the staff. They found it, cleaned it up for me and were really helpful. Above and beyond! Thanks!

I come here with friends, family and sometimes on my own for lunch just because I love the atmosphere it's walking distance the food is always good and the service is amazing the bar staff are so welcoming and have an actual laugh unlike other boring pubs I've experienced. They are always so kind and smiley especially the 2 lovely lady's Lesley and mel and also David he is a true gentleman and anything is not to much to ask him for even if he is so busy he will never forget you...... And to all the other staff at Surrey docks stay fab my favourite spoons always...... From Lucy lu xxxx

Lesley is amazing . She really helped me out with Learning difficulties as I couldn’t read the menu and she politely sat down to read it to me great service will definitely come back love her
