Silk Road Xinjiang Cuisine - Southport

This restaurant is amazing, I have never been to a restaurant so flavourful except this one. The dishes are cooked to perfection and are made beautifully. The skewers are delicious and you can choose which types you would like as well as the vegetable stir fry which has a variety of vegetables and is so good to eat. 100% recommend!!

We ordered Lamb skewers, Lamb dumpling soup, Fried Naan and Lamb as well as Lamb in soup broth. Everything was amazing but the Lamb dumpling soup was incredible and definitely my favourite. Would love to come back

It's very authentic Xinjiang cuisine. I think you should give it a try. The setup in the restaurant is not modern, but the food taste awesome. The lady who serves us is very kind and polite, creating a welcoming and warm atmospheres. It is kids friendly as lots of families dine in during our time there. I saw a comment about Chinese dish, but there are so many types of Chinese dishes from different regions of China. Xinjiang dish is quite unique in it's way compare to Sichuan restaurant just beside it. so, why not give it a try?

Took some friends there and they loved the lamb skewers, the lamb with cumin and onion. Noodles are ok. Dumplings are not the best. Will do it again.

Ah. The food. Slow service but definitely worth the wait. Try the garlic cucumber salad. Bit pricey but worth it. The sticks are the best. The best. I'd be happy to drive down to the coast just to go there.
