I had some disappointing experiences with KFC in Singapore, and unfortunately, the situation didn't improve here. The tender box I ordered contained pieces that were so overcooked they seemed undercooked at first. When I inquired about chili, we paid for it, but what I received was sweet chili. I asked for something spicier, and instead, I got a yellowish sauce that resembled mustard—definitely not spicy at all. We didn't complain, but honestly, I don't think I'll be returning. I believe Red **** would be a better option for us.

Unless I used the app, although I was at the counter on the pose, then they regained me and served me as a legal tender and was ready to buy. I was asked to use the app, move it out of the way, and since I had never used the app before I forgot the password, it was time wasted and stressful, although they served other people in the counter on the pose, I felt for myself and other people, maybe even older people who don't like apps, I would have rejected the service if I didn't pass and ask for the manager. What if I didn't have the app at all and didn't pass? I would have been rejected as a customer. I don't turn around their service and system, I turn up to buy at the counter as I have the LEGAL RIGHT, as everywhere in the middle, even what if I didn't have my phone, and why should I have to dig out my phone just to play with some buttons standing on the counter, if I are served there quite literally, no one else was. Also pay attention to muded bones due to poor butcher techniques. A health risk. Spit chicken to hunt the bone. I will not disturb this again, go on pizza services, respectfully reliable and safe. I've been a customer in this mall for thirty years and occasionally like the taste of KFC, but I won't do it again.

Food was okay but drinks and service was terrible. First they had run out of Pepsi max and didn't tell us till we had our food then we got solo instead but upon drinking it, it tasted watered down and gross so we had to go back and get a different drink again. I suggest putting more people on as it took 20 mins to receive food cause there is only two people in store
