Wendy's - Southport

Worst service ever! The lobby was closed so we had to go to the drive thru. It took ten minutes. While in the drive thru, we realized only two people were working. The blonde woman was talking about how she needs to leave early for her drug test. And the man was complaining that he needs a ride. We sat at the drive thru window listening to them chat instead of getting our food. They messed up our drinks, which added more time. Then, this elderly couple was banging on the door to come in. They didn’t understand that only the drive thru was open. At this time, we noticed that the drive thru forgot our ranch. So we asked for it. Instead of just handing us ranch, they left to let the elderly couple into the building. By the time the employees came back- they asked us why we were still at the drive thru. “We are still waiting for ranch?!?”

Rude employees, yelling at each other, leaving register to go smoke during lunch rush , one customer walked out because there was no one at the register and no one came to help, when the customer left, an employee said, “I’ll be alright”, personal items in lobby, no ketchup at self serve area, dirty tables…

New management! Great new employees, fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and I was very satisfied.

This place ain’t worth a lick. Out of town for work went and got my guys some lunch made it to the job site and the burgers were pink. Workers looked geeked

Must have been everyone's first week of working there..food was still good hot.
