I had a wonderful experience during my visit to this restaurant. Despite it not being a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, I was impressed by the quality and variety of options available. When we inquired about vegan options, the manager assured us that the menu was clearly marked with vegan and vegetarian choices. He also mentioned that vegan and non-vegan dishes were prepared separately and even offered to show us the kitchen, which we kindly declined. The manager took our order and provided some excellent recommendations, all of which turned out to be delicious. One dish in particular, featuring a homemade tamarind sauce, was absolutely divine. The manager informed us that the chef only used fresh ingredients and avoided preservatives, resulting in a unique and flavorful taste. I can attest to the amazing flavors of everything we tried during our meal.
