Made reservation thru open table however when got there they just said find whatever table that was open. We sat outside since they had bigger tables there. Had to ask if someone would be waiting on us or should we order at bar. They didn’t seem to know but bar tender said he’d come to our table to get our order. Took almost 40 min to get food. Ordered burger/ fries. Asked for mustard but said they didn’t have any. Only had surracha and ketsup….what restaurant that serves burgers doesn’t have mustard. If your are not in a hurry and don’t like mustard on your burger then decent place to hang out

Took my 3 sons and the experience was bad. Staff not helpful. Some games worked some different. Staff didn’t know how to operate the vr and some attractions was not working. The food was gd tho.

First time here, my daughter wanted to come here for family fun time on her birthday. We went on a Thursday to avoid crowds or too many kids and that part worked out great. Bowling was great. Service was slow while bowling and we were told they were short staffed, however, I would think service for drinks and food would be faster with little to no customers there. Also there were plenty of Reps standing around taking but I still ended up getting my own drinks from the bar while waiting my turn to bowl. We were looking forward to the gravity ropes, bumper cars, virtual gaming but none were available, again we were told it was due to being short staffed. Sucks because we drove almost 2 hours to get there. Maybe during peak/busy hours things are better idk.

Food was terrible. 2 of us ordered the pork nachos and they came out cold. The sauces on the nachos were nasty beware, do not order! My son got the chicken and waffles which also came out cold. He’s only 12 so he happily ate his food but I had a bit and would not recommend. Our service was not that great. The server/bartender kept rushing us even though the place was nearly empty. There were plenty of open tables and my friend and I were ordering alcohol. He did not come to our table asking if we needed anything, instead we had to go to the bar. He did bring our check after he brought the meal, but failed to ask if we wanted to order anything else. I would not eat here again nor would I recommend it.
