Chipotle Mexican Grill - Southlake

Rude employees never seen a chipotle like this before absolutely ridiculous

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been to this location and have had my online orders mixed up or something missing several times. Every time I ask for things to get fixed or replace properly I’m met with complete hostility and rudeness. The manager (I assume) is never kind or apologetic for her or her staff mistakes. I’ve managed pizza restaurants and retail before and could never imagine speaking to customers the way this woman does.
