The Hop Knot - SOUTHINGTON

This was my first visit. They have an interesting mix of pretzels and brew. We ordered a bunch of different things to try. I really loved The Rita. It was delicious. I wasn't too much a fan of the Philly. The meat was dry. The jalapeno honey dip was delicious as well.

The Cards Against Humanity tournament was great! We had a lot of fun drinking and laughing at the bar, and even from the other side of the restaurant could hear the microphone fairly well. The Hop Knot in Middletown will always have a special place on my heart, but this place was pretty alright too. Pretzels were alright, drinks were made just right, and the atmosphere was full of fun, but not too crazy. The garlic basil pretzel could have used a little salt, but was good with marinara, and the cinnamon sugar pretzel was awesome with some Nutella!

Amazing place. The stuffed pretzels are to die for and the jalapeño honey dipping sauce was off the chain! Great craft beer selection

The food and drinks were amazing! I would go back in a heartbeat. If you're going out for a nibut, I would deffinitly save up since it can get expensive.

I went on a Saturday night with a few others, it was very busy but our waitress was great. Beer selection was good, we had the traditional pretzel and beer cheese and it was perfect. Overall a good experience, would recommend if you're in the area and want a quick drink and yummy pretzel.
