Dunkin' - SOUTHINGTON

This dunkin is a hit or a miss as far as service goes but I must say that it has been the only dunkin by far to make the best drinks. The younger crowd the works here could care less about providing good customer service but the older ladies that work there have great customer service.

Fast and efficient service. I love the modern layout with the coffee taps. (See picture) Consistent with other high quality Dunkins. Clean and friendly staff. Coffee was great as usual. The Beyond Sausage breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s a must try!!!

This is one of those DDs on the way to work that sometimes i actually stop at because i cant make it a few more miles without coffee before work. I never go to the drive thru but its always crazy backed up and even inside it seems like its a focus here the customers inside arent as important. most of the people that go to the drive thru dont know how to properly use a parking lot and end up blocking the entrance/exit so if you were not lazy and went inside chances are your departure will be delayed by these drive thru line backuppers.

I've stopped in here a couple of times while traveling and they are always fast and friendly! It's in a good location and looks relatively clean and new so that's a big plus for me and makes me more likely to go back! They always make my latte right, so I'm more likely to stop in here when I'm on the road. Love the friendly people behind the counter too!

Purchased an iced coffee here while traveling and it tasted absolutely disgusting. It tasted like someone sprayed chemical cleaner into the cup and then filled with it with ice and coffee. I took a few sips, and my throat was burning. They also charged me for 10 munchkins but only gave me 5.
