Chili's is just as you'd expect. This specific location was tidy and well-maintained. The service was quite good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, with some recent updates to the layout. It's an affordable option for families looking for a meal!

The food exceeded my expectations, and the service was quite good as well. I ordered the $9 lunch special, which included a quesadilla and a small salad. I only wish the salad bowl had been a bit larger; it was a challenge to mix in the dressing and toss the lettuce without everything spilling over. There was plenty of salad, but the small bowl made it difficult to combine everything properly. Additionally, the restrooms could use some attention, as noted by the signs they had posted.

I initially rated this Chili's only 3 stars due to lackluster food and service. However, after my recent visit in July 2022, I’m happy to give it 4 stars because both the food and service have significantly improved. Our waitress was excellent, and the food tasted as good as it did many years ago. I can confidently recommend it again!

My husband and I went out for dinner and both ordered chicken fajitas along with chips and salsa. The chicken and vegetables were served sizzling hot at our table. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and took home the leftovers. The next day, we enjoyed them again for lunch.

We waited about 15 minutes for the waitress to check on us. When she finally stopped by, she casually asked, "Is everything still good?" completely unaware of how awful the food was. We ended up taking home at least 75% of our meals for our dogs, which made the $120 bill feel slightly less wasted. I really wish your team could learn from the staff at Bristol; they consistently deliver a 5-star experience, whether it's for a party of eight at dinner or just two for a quick lunch. I got home and made myself a sandwich because it was just ridiculous.
