Bunkers Grill Hawks Landing Country Club

We enjoyed a nice selection of appetizers outside on the terrace with a large group of working friends. We had plenty of space for our group, and atmosphere was great. Our blessing was very sweet, but a little overwhelmed. The food was good, especially the chicken wings. We also had delicious nachos, vegetables and cheese. The drinks were delicious and cheap.

Food was delicious, sangria (red) had a great taste! Plenty of outside seating. Music also. Beautiful view! Schedule below for music. Nachos were huge.

A favorite outdoor dining spot disappointed on my last visit. Service was soo slow. Could barely get drinks when three of us were there, never mind when our group expanded to 8. As a result we abandoned plans for dinner and went to another local spot and had great food and service. It?s a shame they can?t get it together.

After waiting 25 minutes for service we had to go to the bar and order drinks. They refused to serve my 25 year old girlfriend because she?s from New York and claimed it was a fake. When she reasoned with them about how she?s from NY and living in West Hartford because she?s a teacher there the waiter was extremely rude and condescending. He went and got his ?manager? who was probably no older than 20 and she came out and said that she wouldn?t be served either. After showing my girlfriends vaccine card showing her birthdate and address they admired that she was over 21. Yeah a little too late. They were so rude and unprofessional and I would never recommend this place EVER.

Best buffalo chicken wrap I've ever had. The whole experience was great. Wait and bar staff were great! Christy the cook is fantastic! I will definitely be back!
