Buffalo Wild Wings - Southgate

Wings took 40 minutes to receive and when l got them ice cold and hardly any sauce service was slow too:

Went to this establishment tonight. It’s been good in the past but something happened because our service was absolutely horrid. Asked to be seated away from the entrance and the hostess moved us over 2 feet (across the aisle) the waitress took our order. It was hard to hear her and she could barely hear us. I understand that it gets busy and that you have customers to help, but when you’re not asked if want refills, walk by and not say anything and glasses have to be put at the end of the table to get attention of someone or to get a refill that might be a problem. I believe management needs to pay more attention to what their wait staff is doing and how they are tending to their patrons. As for me, I won’t be back for quite a while if I’m ever back again. This disregard for people that help keep your business going should be looked at real hard and evaluated very closely to see who’s helping your business and making the trip out for dinner worth while and that the customer has an enjoyable experience so that you have them return and spend their hard earned money the next time around.

Vegetarian options: They have a bean burger and even cauliflower wings to die for.

Although it's a great layout, there isn't any service. Went in and waited over 20 minutes after sitting down for someone to come over. A party came in and sat in the middle and someone was there right away. They are not very good at keeping track of which customers sit down. Not one person came over to us to even offer drinks.We generally spend over a 100 dollars but I guess they weren't feeling our money tonight. That's okay though. We found somewhere better. Spent 200 but who's counting. I guess it's nice to enjoy a night celebrating.

I love the remodel. Was there Friday night and sat at the bar. The barmaid was great. The wings however are another story. They are very small (looks like they came off a pigeon). Come on guys your supposed to be famous for these.
