The server was somewhat unfriendly and displayed a bit of an attitude. The atmosphere felt quite dark and oppressive. If you're aiming for a pleasant experience, I would suggest steering clear of this restaurant.

After receiving my refund, my bagels were finally ready for pickup. Once I left, I called the manager to share my experience, and he apologized, assuring me that he would look into it. He explained that they were short-staffed and that everyone was pitching in, which I completely understand. While I sympathize with the difficulties of a hectic environment, poor customer service is never acceptable. Often, it's quicker and easier to respond kindly instead of engaging in a lengthy, uncomfortable conversation when stressed. A simple acknowledgment like, "Okay, one moment. Let me get someone for you," takes less than ten seconds and can make a significant difference.

I had a rather disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. After waiting 20 minutes to place my order, I felt rushed even though I already knew what I wanted. It appeared that the barista was overwhelmed and struggled to manage the situation properly. Overall, the customer service was lacking. While I can understand occasional delays, I did not anticipate encountering such unprofessional behavior, especially considering we remained polite the entire time.

I always choose to go to this location even if it means passing by two others. The service is outstanding, and their recommendations have never missed the mark. My only issue is that some items are often out of stock.

This Starbucks is amazing! It’s no surprise that its Google rating is so much higher than other locations. We ordered a custom drink that wasn’t listed on the menu, and it turned out perfectly. The young woman at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly, which enhanced our experience. We try to tip through the app, though we occasionally forget, but we definitely made sure to do it today. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
